Service Rates
$45 Remote Support: This is an IT support provided remotely over Teams call, remote connection, over the phone etc. If the issue isn't solved over remote support, an on-site visit will be scheduled. Don't worry, you won't pay for both Remote support and on-site support, only On-site support rate will be charged.
$75 On-Site Support: This support will be provided on-site. This cost is only for 1 hour of work. If the issue is complex and need more time for resolution, a new rough quote will be given to you on site prior to starting any work.
$100 On-Site Support for Business: This is the cost for coming on-site to a business site to access the type of IT issue. The actual cost can vary depending on the time and work force needed to solve the problem.
*All rates are exclusive of GST. Price can vary depending on individual request and service.
